Thank you

Don’t over draw your liquid eyeliner on the top lid it will make your top lid look smaller.

For deep set eyes don’t use darker colors it will only make it look deeper set, try a shimmer or a brighter color.

For protruding eyes use darker colors to make them seem deeper set, stay away from shimmers or brighter colours to make it look not as protruding.

More tips soon!

Skin care

This is the tip of the night! HYDRATE!

your skin might be oily, yet its most likely from the fact that you are DEHYDRATED! Drink a lot of water, have some healthy fats like Avacado, and those raw oils, Extra virgin olive oils and grape seed oil! yes you eat them.

Also Coconut oil use it as moisturizer it works wonders!

WHO KNEW!

Now this is the mask i’m talking about! I see that a lot of you liked my post about the baking soda for the hair,

I LOVE natural remedies for the hair and body, the more natural the better.

Now I discovered this last night but I didn’t want to post it without trying it out myself and I have to say I hit the goldmine in terms of amazing hair.

I tried this out before I took a shower today and I’m in loooveee!!

I changed this up a bit to make it easier to make with all the same measuring, I suggest that if you have shorter hair don’t make all of it, if you choose to do so I suggest freezing it and taking it out the night before I will elaborate on that a little further down!!

1/2 of a whole banana

1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil

1 Tablespoon of Honey ( Organic is suggested - available at Costco Wholesale)

1 Tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil

2 ounces of water

1 Egg

Now i want you to add the ingredients in the order listed, place the banana in a blender or if you have some machine that purees fruits perfect, you want it as smooth as possible, then add the coconut oil in with the banana and blend, adding the honey, then the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and water, BLEND THEN ADD THE EGG you don’t want the egg to start to whip up so take everything out of the blender then add the egg and mix by hand.

Message the mask throughout the hair make sure you cover it all, leave in for 15-20 minutes. Shampoo as usual with a Sulfate free shampoo, and conditioner.

SUGGESTED - do this about 1-2 per month, if its easier to remember do it bi-weekly or only once a month depending on the quality of hair.

Hope you love it as much as I do! (I’m in hair heaven ;) )
